We started Sites & Social because we kept meeting business owners who'd been quoted four thousand pounds for a website, couldn't get a straight answer about what it included, and were still waiting three weeks later for a reply.
Between us we cover the two halves of the job. One of us builds and designs, the other handles content and social. That means nothing gets farmed out to someone you've never spoken to, and it means we can only take on so much work at once. If we're booked, we'll tell you rather than stringing you along.

Yes. No card, no call, no obligation. You fill in a short form, we design a homepage concept and three social posts for your business, and you decide from there. If you'd rather not go ahead, keep the designs.
The setup fee covers designing and building the site itself. The monthly covers everything after that: hosting, your domain, security, backups, updates and your content changes. It means no separate hosting bill and no invoice landing every time you want a phone number changed.
Website plans run for a minimum of 6 months, then continue monthly with 30 days' notice to stop. Social plans have no minimum term at all, just 30 days' notice, any time.
Your domain is registered in your name and stays yours whatever happens. The site itself is hosted and maintained by us as part of your plan, so it comes down when the plan ends, or you can buy it outright for six months of your monthly fee and take the files with you.
You do, always. We never set up accounts in our name. You invite us in as a collaborator, we work inside your accounts, and you can remove our access whenever you like, including while you're still with us.
Text edits, swapping photos, updating prices, opening hours, staff or offers. Anything that needs a new page or a new feature is a plan upgrade, and we'll tell you before doing it, not after.
No. We write the captions, design the graphics and pick the hashtags. You get everything to approve, and once you're happy we schedule it. Send us a photo whenever you have one and we'll build posts around it.
